摘  要:研究了0Cr13铁素体不锈钢经等径转角挤压(ECAP)变形和退火处理后的微观组织和力学性能。金相观察表明,变形态0Cr13钢经650~800℃退火1h后,内部形成平均晶粒尺寸为10μm左右的再结晶组织。同时,力学性能测试表明,退火温度对变形态0Cr13钢的力学性能影响显著,随退火温度由650℃升高到800℃,再结晶组织的发展导致对应的强度、硬度下降,而塑性则逐渐改善。结果表明,优选的ECAP变形+700℃×1 h退火工艺,可使实验钢获得最佳的强度-塑性配比。The microstructure and mechanical properties of 0Cr13 ferritic stainless steel processed by equal-channel angular pressing(ECAP) deformation and subsequent annealing treatment were investigated.Metallographic examinations results show that a very fine recrystallized microstructure with average grain size around 10 μm has been completed by post-ECAP annealing at 650-800 ℃ for 1 h.Meanwhile,the annealing temperature has significant effect on mechanical properties of the deformed steel.With the annealing temperature increasing from 650 ℃ to 800 ℃,the development of recrystallization resulting in the decrement of strength and hardness,while plasticity resumes gradually.The optimal treatment processing is ECAP and annealing at 700 ℃ for 1 h,which yields optimum relationship between ductility and strength.
