摘　　要：人才已成为目前影响我国软件产业发展的主要瓶颈,现有的人才培养模式大都缺乏真实的实战性项目支持。基于Struts和AJAX的软件园人才实训平台面向园区内所有企业及其潜在员工,以企业真实的项目案例为驱动,配合企业一线工程师的直接指导,能够为企业提供最佳的人才储备。The shortage of talent has already become the main bottleneck that influences the development of software industry in China at present, and the existing modes of talent training are mostly lack of a real practical project support. Based on Struts and AJAX, software park talent training platform provides all enterprises in the park and its potential employees with real project cases and direct guidance of enterprise engineer, so as to provide the best talents reserves for enter- prises.
