改良微创抽剥术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨改良微创抽剥术即限制性内翻剥脱(即大隐静脉主干限制剥脱到膝下3 cm)加点式抽剥术治疗下肢静脉曲张的手术方法及疗效评价。方法系统回顾研究的96例(共98条下肢)下肢静脉曲张患者的临床资料,观察其手术时间、术后住院时间、并发症及手术效果评价等。结果该组中所有患肢行该术式所需手术时间平均为42 min,手术后5～7 d出院,无严重并发症且手术效果满意。结论改良微创抽剥术是外科治疗下肢静脉曲张的一种安全、简单、微创、有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the surgical methods and clinical evaluation using the improved minimally invasive stripping surgery namely turning exfoliation restricted （the great saphenous vein is exfo- liated limit to below the knee 3cm）and point stripping to treat varicose veins. Methods The clinical da- ta of 96 cases （ 98 limbs ） from January 2006 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed to observe the operation time , postoperative hospital days, complications , results of operations and evaluation. Re- sults The average time of the operation was 42 minutes , discharged 5 -7 days after surgery without se- rious complications and surgical results were satisfactory. Conclusion Improved minimally invasive stripping surgery was a safe , simple, minimally invasive and effective treatment.
