某院中药注射剂应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解该院中药注射剂的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对该院2009～2011年中药注射剂的消耗金额、用药频度、日平均费用等进行统计分析。结果该院3 a来中药注射剂消耗金额均呈逐年上升趋势,心脑血管系统类中药注射剂连续3 a居临床应用之首位。结论应加强中药注射剂的临床管理,确保医院临床用药安全、有效。Objective To know the utilization of trational chinese medicine injection（TCMI） in Puy- ang traditional Chinese medicine＇ s hospital in order to provide basis for clinical rational using. Methods The utilization of TCMI used in the hospital from 2009 to 2011 was comprehensive analyzed in respects of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC. Results The consumption sun was increasing year by year, the cardiocerebral vascular system in the firstplace three-year continuous. Conclusion It should be strengthened the safe and effectiveuse of TCMI.
