摘　　要：介绍了迁安轧一钢铁集团炼钢厂生产低碳低硅铝镇静钢SPHC的生产实践。通过优化生产工艺,控制转炉出钢过程中下渣量,保护浇铸,LF炉精炼等措施,使钢水成分得到精确控制,钢中夹杂物大量减少,钢水的可浇性提高,铸坯表面及内部质量均达到了标准要求,满足了用户需求。It is introduced the practice to produce low- carbon low -silicon aluminum killed steel SPHC. With measures adopted of optimizing production process, controlling slag amount in tapping of converter, protecting casting and refining with LF furnace, the composition of molten steel can be precision controlled, the inclusion in steel reduced to a large extent, molten steel casting property improved, surface and inner quality of casting billet reached the standard and meets the requirements form customers.
