摘　　要：针对河北钢铁集团唐钢公司第二钢轧厂高线车间日常重要消耗备件之一的轧辊,数量多、流动快、物料追踪难度大的问题,通过逐步建立一整套完善的轧辊管理系统,解决了轧辊在动态使用过程中管理混乱的问题,制定了合理的轧辊库存量,降低辊耗。结合高线实际生产,通过优化孔型、提高冷却效果、合理控制车削量、轧制量、保温、时效等重要环节,减少了日常生产中轧辊的崩、涮辊、断辊等非正常报废现象。To solve the problems in management of rolls, which is one kind of the important daily - consuming sparing parts in No. 2 Steel Rolling Mill of Tang Steel, and has features of huge quantity, fast circulating and it is difficult to trace them, a perfect set of roll management system is built： making out a reasonable roll storage and decreasing consumption of roll, optimizing pass, improving cooling effect, reasonable controlling turning amount and rolling quantity, controlling well the important stages of temperature holding and timing, reducing non normal abandonment of roll such as burst and break of roll.
