摘  要:在建筑钢结构焊接工程中,钢材是焊接的第一对象,所有的焊接工艺必须从钢材的特性,特别是焊接性考虑。国家体育场钢结构焊接工程采用Q460E-Z35钢,引起了我国技术界的高度重视。针对Q460E-Z35与GS20Mn5V异种钢焊接,从理论上阐述异种钢焊接的技术特点,剖析焊接技术难点,并提出相关的解决办法。保证了焊接质量,提高了焊接技术水平,并为建筑钢结构焊接提供了重要的参考价值。In the construction steel structure welding engineering, steel is the first object of the welding; all of the welding process must be, take into account the characteristics of the steel,especially the weldability.So,the Q460E-Z35 steel attracted highly attention, which was used in the steel structure welding engineering of the National Stadium.Aimting at the welding of Q460E-Z35 and GS20Mn5V dissimilar steel, this paper introduces the welding technological properties of Q460E-Z35 and GS20Mn5V dissimilar steel. And dissected the difficulties of the welding technology ,and put forward the relevant solution, ensure the welding quality, improve the welding technology level;and provides important reference value for construction steel structure welding.
