摘　　要：泮托拉唑药物配伍禁忌是临床药师在临床工作中经常遇到的问题之一。本文由分析泮托拉唑与环丙沙星注射液输液管中的配伍禁忌出发,为寻找和归纳预防药物配伍禁忌信息的方法、完善配伍禁忌的分类类型和判断标准提出了相关建议,为保证临床输液安全起到一定作用。Drug incompatibility is one of the most common problems that pharmacists encounter in clinical practice. Recommendations on the prevention, classification and criteria of incompatibility are given to ensure the safety of intravenous infusions by analyzing the incompatibility of pantoprazole injection and ciprofloxacin injection.
