摘　　要：介绍了为保证三辊定心机部件连接质量而设计制作的导向轴，即提高了装配精度及工作效率，又可以检测机架孔与各组件在加工时是否存在同轴度误差，将质量隐患消除在上机使用以前，收到了良好的效果。A guiding shaft is designed and manufactured to guarantee the quality of the component connection and assembling of the 3-roll centering machine. It is used to inspect the coaxiality error of the machined stand holes and components and remove the quality defect before the centering machine is put into operation. Its application improves the assembling accuracy, operation efficiency and achieves good effects.
