摘　　要：八年制医学生临床教学的目标是能达到较强临床实践能力和初步临床医学科研能力的医学博士水平。前列腺外科是泌尿外科学科中重要的一门亚专科,专业性较强、发展较快的学科。本文针对亚专科建设在临床教学中所面临的挑战,围绕八年制医学生在前列腺外科实习带教所遇到的问题,做了较为深入的探讨。The aim of clinical teaching for eight-year program medical students is to train clinical physicians with clinical practice and preliminary clinical research style.Prostate surgery, an important subspeciality,is a more professional and highly-developed urology area.This article tried to discuss the challenge of practice teaching in the intern phase for eight-year program medical students in prostate surgery.
