摘　　要：通过对人本管理理念的解析,结合实践论述了人本管理在高校图书馆管理中的应用。The basic implication of humanistic management concept was firstly introduced in this paper,and then based on the analysis of the current status of academic library management,and finally its application in higher colleges＇ libraries was described.
