摘　　要：通过对图书馆馆员与读者关系现状的调查,论述了图书馆的义务与读者的权利,阐述了图书馆馆员与读者冲突的根源,提出了图书馆馆员与读者冲突的解决途径。In this paper,by an investigation of the present situation of relationship between the librarians and the readers,the library＇s duty and the reader＇s rights were described,and then what are the roots of conflicts between the librarians was proposed and the solutions of the conflicts were proposed.
