陕西“东大门”建设的战略定位与政策组合

摘　　要：建设陕西东大门,是陕西省委、省政府在渭南落实"一市一策"的重要举措。渭南在建设陕西东大门的发展战略和目标定位上,应大力推进现代农业,着力打造"绿色安全大厨房";立足资源优势,加快推进新型工业化;深入挖掘资源内在潜力,精心打造形成以华山旅游为龙头的文化品牌产业;依托区位优势和交通结点,构建现代物流中心;积极推进城镇化,加快生态宜居新区域建设;加大支持力度,积极营造加快发展的政策环境;系统进行东大门建设相关研究,为实现可持续发展提供智力支撑。The construction of Shaanxi eastern gate , is a great measure of putting ＂city strategy＂ into use in Weinan of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, provincial government. Development strategy and oriented target of building Weinan Shaanxi east gate, we should strongly advance modern agricultural, build ＂green security large kitchen＂; be based on resources advantages, and accelerate in advancing new industrialization. Meanwhile, doing the following is necessary, digging out inherent potential of resources; carefully build- ing culture brand industry as a leading of Huashan tourism; relying on location advantage and traffic knot points, building modern logis- tics center; accelerating ecological settlements. It is crucial to strengthen supporting active create environment of development policy; eastern gate building systems research provides intelligence support for achieving sustainable development.
