摘　　要：新时期见义勇为社会风尚的培育必须紧贴时代发展的要求,必须紧扣人们思想道德水平的实际,必须以全方位系统性的工程来展开。应坚持倡导性原则、群众性原则、权利义务相统一原则、正强化激励原则。当前应加强社会主义荣辱观教育,加强社会舆论宣传引导,建立全国性统一立法和建立相应社会保障体系等。In the new period, development of the main social Samaritan fashion must be close to the demands of the development of times, which must be based on the moral level, carried out by comprehensive systematic engineering. Stick to the advocating principle, mass principle, combining rights and obligations principle, plus enhancing the motivation principle. At present, it is essential to strengthen the socialist sense of honor or disgrace education and strengthen the publicity guidance, and to establish a national unified legislation and establish corresponding social security system, etc.
