摘 要:由商务部、国家发改委、国家工商总局负责起草、制定并颁布的《汽车品牌销售管理实施办法》(下文简称《办法》)施行六年多以来,在一定程度上实现了规范汽车销售市场、避免恶性竞争、改变汽车销售商散乱差状态、提高行业集中度的政策目的;与此同时,增强了汽车销售主体的服务意识和售后服务能力,最终促进了汽车市场的健康发展。The 《Auto Brands Sales Management Method》, which is responsible by the Ministry of Commerce, National Development and Reform Commission, and State Administration for Industry & Commerce for drafting, establishment and releasing, has played an active role for promoting healthy development of automotive circulation industry in China. However, it can not be denied, that the 《Method》 has exposed a series of problems and shortcomings during the course of implementation.
