摘　　要：土地革命时期,鄂豫皖苏区开始探索红色政权的文化教育模式,逐步确立了苏区文化教育的方向与目标,建立了自己的组织与管理系统,开展了卓有成效的干部教育和国民教育。因为鄂豫皖苏区的建立正处于土地革命战争时期,苏区文化教育体系作为革命政权体系的一部分,具有战时文化动员体系的特征。苏区文化教育体系为动员一切力量赢得革命战争作出了伟大贡献,同时它的战时动员特征也对建国后的国家文化教育体系的建构产生了深刻的影响。Land Revolution,Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area started exploring the Soviet red political power education mode, cultural education progressively establish the direction of Soviet culture with goal,set up their own organization and management system,conducted fruitful education and national education of cadres.Because the establishment of the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area is at the agrarian revolutionary war period,the Soviet culture education system as a revolutionary regime,part of a system with characteristics of wartime culture mobilization system.Soviet culture education system for all forces must be mobilized to make a great profit revolutionary war,while its contribution to feature also mobilization in wartime national culture after the founding of the education system should be produced profound effect.
