摘  要:雷公山地区苗族聚居地方的放蛊与酿鬼观念是一个对社会影响很大的文化现象。放蛊是传说有一些妇女暗中饲养毒虫,吸取毒汁,乘人不备下毒害别人。酿鬼是认为有一种鬼附体的人,到了夜晚,他们的灵魂就要出来害人。从理论上讲,放蛊现象有存在的可能,而酿鬼是绝对不可能存在的。由于当地的人普遍相信放蛊与酿鬼现象的存在。对人们的生活有很大的影响,严重侵犯公民的法律权利。当代由于国家法的震慑作用,这种观念的危害局限在很轻的程度。poisoning legend and stuffed ghost of Miao nationality in Thunder God Mountain region is a cultural phenomenon which has great impact on social community.Poisoning legend is that some women secretly feeding worm to draw the venom,and poison people when they are not prepared.Ghost possession is that someone is possessed by ghost,when it's dark the ghost will come out to hurt others.In theory,poisoning legend may exist but ghost possession is absolutely impossible to exist.Because local people widely believe the existence of poisoning legend and ghost possession,it has a great impact on people's lives and a serious violation of citizens' legal rights.Contemporary because of the deterrent effect of state law,the damaging effects of such concepts is limited to very light extent.
