摘 要:目的:建立液相色谱串联质谱法测定生活饮用水中10种苯基尿素类杀虫剂。方法:水样经0.45μm过滤膜过滤后进样,用超高压液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱进行分析测定。结果:10种苯基尿素类杀虫剂能较好地分离,峰面积与其浓度均具有良好的线性;10种物质的回收率在93.2%~109%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6.44%。结论:该方法灵敏度高、特异性好,线性关系及重现性好,适合对生活饮用水中10种苯基尿素类杀虫剂定性定量分析。Objective :To establish liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 10 kinds of phenyl urea insecticides in the drinking water. Methods: Water samples were injected after filtration through 0.45 μm membrane, then analyzed by ultra - high pressure liquid chromatography - triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry. Results: The components of 10 kinds of phenyl urea insecticides can be well separated, the peak area and concentration has good linearity; the average recoveries were between 93.2% to 109%, relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 6.44%. Conclusion: The method had high sensitivity, specificity, lineari- ty and repeatability, which was suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of 10 kinds of phenyl urea insecticides in drinking water.
