摘  要:目的:建立稳定、灵敏、可靠的聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)–硝酸银分光光度法测定作业场所空气中的硫化氢的方法。方法:OP体系中硝酸银与硫化氢反应生成稳定的硫化银,用于测定作业场所空气中硫化氢。结果:硫化氢浓度在0.05 mg/m3~8.00 mg/m3范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2)=0.9995,回收率在99.4%~100%范围,相对标准偏差在0.86%~3.5%(n=6)范围。结论:用聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)-硝酸银分光光度法测定作业场所空气中的硫化氢,具有操作简便、稳定、灵敏、准确等特点,结果满意。Objective:To establish a stable, sensitive and reliable method for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in air of workplace by spectrophotometry with Octyl polyethylene glycol phenyl ether and silver nitrate. Methods: Silver sulfide was created by hydrogen sulfide and silver nitrate in the OP system, which could be applied in the analysis of hydrogen sulfide in air of workplace. Results : The linearity in the concentration range of 0.05 mg/m^3 8.00 mg/m^3 was good( R^2 =0. 9995 ) ,the recoveries were 99.4% - 100% and the relative standard deviation was 0.86% - 3.5% ( n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, stable, sensitive and accurate for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in air of workplace by spectrophotometry with Octyl polyethylene glycol phenyl ether and silver nitrate.
