2010年桂林市孕产妇艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解桂林市孕产妇艾滋病、梅毒、丙肝的感染情况以及艾滋病相关知识水平,为预防控制提供依据。方法2010-04/06对初次到哨点医院的400名孕产妇进行问卷调查并进行HIV、丙型肝炎和梅毒抗体检测。结果检测对象艾滋病防治知识的8道核心问题知晓率(至少答对6道题)为57.0%,HIV抗体阳性率为0.25%(10/400),梅毒抗体(RPR)阳性率为0.25%(1/400),未检出丙肝阳性。结论桂林市孕产妇艾滋病知识知晓率较低,建议加强婚前HIV检测和孕期HIV检测,预防母婴传播。Objective To provide scientific evidence for preventing perinatal transmission（PMTCT） of HIV by understanding the AIDS related KAP and the infection rate of HIV,Syphilis and Hepatitis C among pregnant women in Guilin.Methods Totally 400 pregnant women who came to the sentinel unit hospital for the first time from April to June in 2010 were investigated with questionnaire survey and serological test.Results The awareness rate about 8 AIDS questions（at least 6 questions need to be answered correctly） were 57.0 %.The HIV antibody positive rate of them was 0.25%（1/400）,the syphilis antibody（RPR） positive rate was 0.25%（1/400） and no HCV antibody positive was identified.Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge of pregnant women in Guilin is low,thus prenatal detection and health educaton consultation should be enhanced to control the perinatal transmission of HIV/AIDS.
