摘 要:目的:探讨众生丸浓缩工艺过程中所存在的问题及解决方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定众生丸浓缩工艺过程中芍药苷、虎杖苷、黄芩苷的降解率,分析众生丸浓缩工艺过程的关键控制参数。结果:结果显示针对不同浓缩阶段浓缩液的传热速度不同,在众生丸浓缩过程中采用不同的浓缩方式和设备可大大降低有效成分的降解率。结论:通过试验分析,有针对性的细化研究浓缩工艺过程关键控制参数,降低有效成分的降解率,可为众生丸实际生产提供参考。Objective : To discuss possibly existed problems in the concentration process of Zhongsheng pills and to analyze the so- lutions. Method : The degradation rate of paeoniflorin, polydatin and baicalin were determined by HPLC and the critical control param- eters in the concentration process of Zhongsheng pills were analyzed. Result: The results showed that the hot-transfer rate of the con- centrated liquids was different in each concentration stage, and the use of different concentration methods and equipment could greatly reduce the degradation rate of the active ingredients in Zhongsheng pills. Conclusion : By experimental analysis, the key parameters in the concentration process of the pills are controlled to decrease the degradation rate of the active ingredients, which can provide reference for the production of Zhongsheng pills.
