HPLC法同时测定烫伤合剂中绿原酸、虎杖苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立烫伤合剂中绿原酸、虎杖苷和盐酸小檗碱含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,用色谱柱为lnertsil C_(8-3)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸-四氢呋喃(19:80:1)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为290 nm。结果:绿原酸、虎杖苷和盐酸小檗碱的线性范围分别为25.45～254.5(r=0.999 4),3.07～30.75(r=0.999 6)和6.62～66.25μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 7);平均加样回收率分别为99.99%,97.40%和98.81%(n=6)。结论:此法简便、准确,具有良好的重复性好,适用于烫伤合剂中3种组分的同时测定。Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid, polydatin and berberine hydrochloride in Tangshang mixtures. Method： The quantitative analysis was carried out by HPLC with an Inertsil C8-3 （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid - tetrahydrofuran （19： 80：1 ） with a flow rate of 1.0 ml ·min-1. The detection wavelength was 290 nm. Result： The linear range for ehlorogenic acid, polydatin and berberine hydrochloride was 25.45 -254.5 （ r = 0.999 4）, 3.07 - 30.75 （ r = 0.999 6） and 6.62 - 66.25 μg· ml-1 （ r = 0. 999 7 ） , respectively with the average recovery of 99.99% , 97.40% and 98.81% accordingly（ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate with good re- peatability and recovery. It is suitable for the content determination of ehlorogenic acid, polydatin and berberine hydroehloride in Tangshang mixtures.
