固本祛痰化瘀汤对慢阻肺稳定期患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察固本祛痰化瘀汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者生活质量的影响。方法:60例CPOD稳定期患者随机分为2组,对照组30例给予异丙托溴铵气雾剂吸入治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上给予固本祛痰化瘀汤治疗,疗程均为6个月。观察治疗前后中医临床证候积分、肺功能及圣乔治呼吸问卷评分的变化。结果:治疗6个月后,治疗组在总有效率、中医临床证候积分及圣乔治呼吸问卷评分等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01),但两组肺功能改善情况相似(P>0.05)。结论:固本祛痰化瘀汤可提高COPD稳定期患者生活质量。Objective： To observe the effects of Guben Qutan Huayu decoctions on the life quality of the patients in the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Method： Totally 60 cases of COPD in the stable stage were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. In the control group, iprtropium bromide was administrated, while ipratropium bromide and Guben HuaYu decoctions were administrated in the treatment group with the treatment course of six months. The Chinese medicine symptom complex score, the pulmonary function tests and the St George＇ s Respiratory Questionnaire were adopted to evaluate their life quality before and after the treatment. Result： After the treatment, the clinical efficacy, the Chinese medicine symptom complex score and the scores of St George＇ s Respiratory Questionnaire in the treatment group were all obviously better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while there was no significant difference in the pulmonary function tests between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Guben Qutan Huayu decoctions are effective to improve the life quality of the patients in the stable stage of COPD.
