摘  要:目的:确定在进行片剂拉曼光谱检测时,不同种类辅料对药物主成分检测的影响。方法:用显微拉曼光谱仪对多种常用片剂辅料的拉曼光谱进行了考察。结果:除了微粉硅胶及滑石粉以外,其他辅料都有一定的拉曼特征峰。淀粉和糖类具有谱峰数目较少、强度较弱的特征,由此推断,这两类物质作为辅料时,对药物主成分的拉曼信号不会造成很大影响。结论:一般情况下,在进行片剂拉曼光谱考察时,大部分片剂辅料不会对药物主成分的检测造成干扰。Objective: To study the effects of different excipients on the determination of drugs by Raman spectroscopic analysis. Method: Several commonly used tablet excipients were detected by a microscopy Raman spectroscopy. Result: Except silica gel and si- lieic acid, the other excipients all had certain Raman characteristic peaks. Among them, starch and sugar showed fewer number of spectral peaks and weaker peak intensity, suggesting less interference with the drug determination by Raman spectroscopy. Conclusion: Major excipients commonly used in tablets exhibit little influence on the determination of drugs by Raman spectroscopy.
