及胶软膏的体外释放度考察

摘　　要：目的:考察及胶软膏的体外释放度,为优化处方、制备工艺、合理用药提供依据。方法:用无水葡萄糖为对照品,以白及多糖为指标,生理盐水为释放介质,0.2%蒽酮-硫酸试液为染色剂,采用透析袋法研究及胶软膏的体外释药特性。结果:4 h内白及多糖累积释放度为61.8%,为速释期;在12 h以后药物的释放度为38.2%,为缓释期;48 h内累积释放度为97.8%。结论:及胶软膏具有缓释性,每12 h使用一次可保持疗效。该方法用于及胶软膏的体外释放度考察,操作便利、方法稳定、结果可靠。Objective： To investigate the release rate in vitro of gum bletilla ointments to provide basis for the optimization of the formulation, preparation process and rational medication. Method： Anhydrous glucose as the standard sample, bletilla striata polysaccharide as the indicator, saline as the release medium, 0.2% anthrone-sulfuric acid as the stain, the in vitro release rate of gum bletilla ointments was studied with the method of dialysis bag. Result： The cumulative release of bletilla striata polysaccharide in 4 h was 61.8%, which was the quick release period, the drug release after 12 h was 38.2%, which was the sustained release period, and the cumulative release in 48 h was 97.8%. Conclusion： Gum bletilla ointments show sustained drug release property and the effects can last for 12 h. The method employed for the investigation of the release rate in vitro of gum bletilla ointments is stable with easy operation and reliable results.
