摘　　要：目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定喉疾灵胶囊中连翘苷的含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(25∶75),流速为0.8 ml.min-1,检测波长为205 nm。结果:连翘苷的线性范围为1.211～7.263μg(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为97.5%,RSD为1.4%(n=9)。结论:用本方法测定喉疾灵胶囊中连翘苷的含量,操作较简便、重现性好。Objective： To determine the content of forsythin in Houjiling capsules by HPLC-DAD. Method： The HPLC system consisted of a Cls column（ 150 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm）and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate solution （25：75 ） as the mobile phase with UV detection wavelength at 205 nm and flow rate of 0.8 ml min-1. Result： The linear range was 1.211-7. 263 μg（ r = 0.999 9 ） , and the average recovery was 97.5% （RSD = 1.4%, n =9）. Conclusion： The method is simple, specific and accurate.
