吸入伊洛前列素治疗低氧性肺动脉高压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究雾化吸入伊洛前列素治疗海拔5 000 m以上移居者缺氧性肺动脉高压的疗效。方法对30名驻守在海拔5 000 m以上地区1年的缺氧性肺动脉高压青年,雾化吸入伊洛前列素5μg,并检测吸入前后超声心动图、血氧饱和度(SaO2)、心率(HR)、乳酸(BLA)和自由基的变化。结果吸入伊洛前列素后,各项指标与吸入前相比均有不同程度的变化,与吸入前比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论伊洛前列素可有效改善低氧环境条件下肺的氧合效率,纠正低氧性肺动脉高压患者的缺氧状态,使人体缺氧状态得以充分改善。Objective To explore the effect of inhaling Iloprost in treating hypoxic pulmonary hypertension patients at 5 000m above sea level. Methods Choose 30 male young adults immigrated to high altitude（5 000m） for one year.Before and after inhaling 5μg Iloprost,all subjects were accepted ultrasonic cardiography,SaO2,HR,BLA and free radical test to evaluate hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. Results Compared with subjects before inhaling Iloprost,the difference of various indexes has statistical significance（P0.01）. Conclusion Inhaling Iloprost can improve oxygenating efficiency,to correct human hypoxic condition and improve it in patients with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
