美皮康敷料在注射壶外置式皮肤扩张术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨有边型美皮康吸收性敷料在注射壶外置式皮肤软组织扩张术中的应用效果。方法对32例有适应证患者,扩张器植入后,导管及注射壶外置,采用有边型美皮康吸收性敷料固定保护导管。结果本组共使用81个扩张器,发生并发症3个,其中扩张器破裂渗水1个部位,换药时剪破导管1个,切口小部分裂开1个部位,无导管阻塞、扩张区及切口感染发生,均顺利完成治疗。结论美皮康敷料应用于注射壶外置式皮肤软组织扩张术中,可快速吸收渗液、减少感染发生以及良好妥贴的固定作用,效果良好。Objective To analyze the application effects of Mripikang absorptive dressing in skin expansion with external injection port. Methods After implanting of expander,Mripikang absorptive dressing was used to fix the catheter. Results We used a total of 81 expanders,three complications occurred in thirty cases of indication,including one case of expander rupture,one case of broken catheter,one case of small rupture of incision.There was no catheter obstruction,expansion area and incision infection occurred,all treatments were successfully completed. Conclusion Application of Mripikang dressing in skin expansion with external injection port could absorb the seepage quickly and reduce the infection rate with good fixed effect.
