欣母沛防治产后出血临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察欣母沛(卡前列素氨丁三醇)用于防治宫缩乏力产后出血的疗效。方法 60例有产后出血高危因素的产妇用欣母沛单次或再次宫体肌注,每次注射250μg。结果 60例患者中,55例单次显效,4例2次有效,1例3次有效,总有效率100%。无一例有严重并发症。结论欣母沛用于预防和治疗产后出血疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hemabate in prophylaxis and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Sixty cases of high danger patient of postpartum hemorrhage received uterus intramuscular injection with 250μg Hemabate once or again for prevent. Results Among 60 cases,the obvious effects occurred by a single treatment in 55 cases,by twice treatment in 4 cases,by three times in 1 case.The total effective rate is 100%.No serious complications occurred in all patients. Conclusion Hemabate is very effective for prophylaxis and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
