事故后飞行人员心理治疗与干预方案的研制及应用

摘　　要：目的探讨事故引起飞行人员心理损伤的症状及心理治疗干预方案。方法用PTSD-SS量表对723名飞行人员进行心理损伤症状评估,针对症状研制治疗干预方案,将筛选出的273例应用不同的心理干预方法进行干预并比较效果。结果 PTSD-SS评定结果显示:事故后飞行人员易出现的心理反应症状排在前3位的依次是:对创伤消极主观评定(4.9%)、社会功能受损(2.1%)及持续警觉性增高(1.8%);干预前后比较发现心理干预方法以结构式心理干预为最好(t=12.66,P<0.01);对128例事故后飞行人员实施干预方案的疗效自评前3位排序为:急性应激障碍反应干预方案(83.4%)、睡眠障碍干预方案(75.6%)、事故后应激障碍反应干预方案(73.1%)。结论研制的心理治疗干预方案能有效地减少事故后飞行人员的心理反应症状并对事故后应激障碍的发生有较好的预防效果。Objective To explore the psychological therapy and interventional plans for psychological stress caused by flight accidents. Methods The PTSD-SS scale were adopted for psychological stress symptoms evaluation in 723 flight personnel,the intervention plans were developed according to symptoms,which would be screened 273 cases of the application of different psychological intervention methods and compared the effects. Results The PTSD-SS evaluation results showed that flight personnel who were after the accident appeared psychological reactions easily,the top three symptoms in order： negative subjective evaluation of the trauma（4.9%）,social function impaired（2.1%） and continued vigilance increased（1.8%）.The difference between before and after the comparison showed that the best of all is structural psychological intervention（t=12.66,P0.01）.Top three order of the intervention plans curative effect in 128 cases of flight personnel after the accidents： intervention plan for acute stress disorder（83.4%）,sleep disorder intervention plan（75.6%）,accident stress disorder intervention plan（73.1%）. Conclusion The psychological intervention plans and treatments could effectively reduce the psychological reactions and symptoms,has good preventive effect on stress disorder after the accident happened.
