影响超声引导下经皮肾镜碎石术穿刺成功因素的初步分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响超声引导下经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)穿刺成功的相关因素。方法回顾分析超声引导下PCNL穿刺不成功的36例患者相关资料,对影响穿刺成功的因素进行分析和总结。结果 (1)影响超声引导下PCNL穿刺成功因素可分为术前型,术中型两大类。(2)不同类型不同原因有不同的表现。结论影响超声引导下PCNL穿刺成功因素中术前型均可通过规范有序的检查逐步避免,术中型则有赖于经验的积累和技术的不断提高。Objective To investigate correlation factors which affect the puncture success of percutaneous nephrostolithotomy（PCNL） under the ultrasound-guided. Methods The relative information of 36 cases of unsuccessful PCNL under the ultrasound-guided was analyzed retrospectively,and the correlation factors which affect the puncture success was analyzed and summarized. Results（1） The success factors of PCNL under the ultrasound-guided could be classified by 2 types： preoperative-type and intraoperative-type.（2） Different type had different reason and appearance. Conclusion The preoperative-type factors which affect the puncture success of PCNL under the ultrasound-guided could be avoid by normative and ordered examination,and the intraoperative-type might be depend on affluent experience and improved technique.
