摘　　要：目的对BC-5800全自动血液分析仪实验室数据进行评估。方法对BC-5800全自动血液分析仪的重复性、稳定性、携带污染率等指标进行评估,同时就该仪器的检测结果与SYSMEX XE-2100进行相关性分析。结果各项测定参数重复性良好;连续开机120 h,测定结果稳定性良好;携带污染率达到仪器的测试水平;各项参数测定结果与XE-2100相关性良好。结论 BC-5800全自动血液分析仪不仅可以适应中、小型医院检验部门的需要,也完全可以适应大医院检验部门的需要,是一款较理想的全自动五分类血液分析仪。Objective To assess the BC-5800 automatic blood analyzer laboratory data. Methods The repeatability,stability and the carry-over rate were evaluated and the testing results were correlation analyzed with the SYSMEX XE-2100. Results The parameters of repeatability were good.After continuous boot for 120h,the stability of determination results were good.The carry-over rate achieved the test level of instrument.The parameters of determination results were good correlated with XE-2100. Conclusion The BC-5800 automatic blood analyzer can not only adapt to the needs of medium and small hospital＇s inspection departments,also can adapt to the needs of the big hospital＇s inspection department,is a ideal automatic five classifications blood analyzer.
