摘 要:在岩溶发育地区,溶洞、破碎带、软弱夹层等不良地质普遍存在,地质情况极为复杂,溶洞、裂隙的平面和竖向分布极不规则,岩溶发育,超前钻勘探点不可能摸清整个场地的具体情况,高层建筑往往无法直接采用天然基础。本文通过工程实例,介绍桩筏基础与CFG桩+筏板基础在岩溶发育地区的可行性,对两种基础形式的优缺点、经济性、超前钻、溶洞存在的影响和施工工期进行比较,积累了工程经验,以供借鉴。In the growing karst region, the geology of karst cave, fracture breaking zone and soft inter layer could be found widely, the conditions of the geology are complicated. The plane and the vertical of the karst cave and cranny distribute anomaly. It is impossible to feel out the specific situation of the whole area through advanced drilling due to large numbers of karst cave, and that the natural foundation could not be used to the high-rise building. This paper introduces the feasibility of the pile-mat foundation and the CFG pile + raft's foundation applied in growing karst region through some construction cases. By comparing the advantage, disadvantage, the economical efficiency, the advanced drilling, the effect of the karst cave and construction period of these two kinds of foundation, the construction experience for future reference could be accumulated.
