摘　　要：我国高校图书馆职工队伍素质、培训制度、激励制度等方面尚存在一些问题。应从建立科学的人力资源管理制度、合理的培训制度、加强图书馆职业道德和文化建设、实施职业资格认证制度等方面加强建设。There are some problems in libraries of universities in China in staff＇s quality,training system,motivation system and other aspects.In order to improve library construction,we should set up scientific human resources management system,rational training system,improve professional ethics construction and implement the system of professional certification.
