摘  要:制造业是我国国民经济的支柱,但也是污染排放最多的行业。笔者分析中国制造业SO2排放变化的整体趋势,并采用指数分解分析法对2001年~2010年的制造业SO2排放变化的规模效应、结构效应和技术效应进行分解分析。结果表明,规模效应是制造业SO2排放上升的重要因素,结构效应总体上增加了制造业的SO2排放,但作用较小;技术效应对制造业SO2的排放起到了一定的减排作用,但在不同年份表现程度差异较大。因此,有必要对当前制造业的结构进行调整,并进一步提高行业的减排技术水平。Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry in national economy, but it also produces the most serious pollution. This paper explores the change trend of manufacturing industry's SO2 Emission during the year of 2001- 2010. The influence factors are decomposed into scale effect, structural effect and technology effect through index decomposition analysis. The empirical results demonstrate that the scale effect is an important factor for increasing manufacturing industry's SO2 emissions; the structural effect also increases manufacturing industry's SO2 emissions, however, its effect is just a little; the technical effect decreases manufacturing industry's SO2 emissions but has alteration in different years. It is necessary to adjust manufacturing industry structure and enhance SO2 emission reduction level.
