摘 要:以粉煤灰(coal fly ash,CFA)为原料,采用碱熔融-水热法合成4A沸石分子筛,系统研究了碱熔温度、碱度、陈化时间、晶化温度和晶化时间对合成4A分子筛的影响。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品的结构、组成和形貌进行了表征。研究结果表明,无需外加硅铝组分,通过控制合成条件,可对产品结构进行调控。在粉煤灰与氢氧化钠质量比为1∶1.2,碱熔温度850℃,NaOH浓度2.14mol/L,陈化时间6h,晶化温度90℃,晶化时间12h的条件下,用粉煤灰成功合成了晶相单一且晶型完整的4A沸石分子筛。Zeolite 4A was synthesized using coal fly ash (CFA) as raw material by fusion-hy- drothermal process, i. e. fusion methods using NaOH followed by a hydrothermal reaction. The effects of synthesis conditions such as NaOH fusion temperature, NaOH concentration, aging time, operating temperature and hydrothermal reaction time, were investigated. Characterization of samples was carried out by XRD, SEM and N2-adsorption. The results show that zeolite 4A with good crystallinity and appearance was prepared from CFA by controlling synthesis conditions without the addition of a silicon or aluminium source. The optimal synthesis conditions for zeolite 4A were found to be as follows: rn(NaOH)/rn(CFA)=1.2, fusion temperature 850℃, NaOH concentration 2.14 mol/L, aging time 6 h, reaction temperature 90℃ and reaction time 12 h.
