新型换药碗固定架在全自动喷淋清洗消毒器中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨新型换药碗固定架的临床应用价值。方法:通过回顾2009至2010年新型换药碗固定架使用情况,对比使用前后清洗时间、清洗液及水的消耗量以及清洗消毒效果。结果:在清洗换药碗数量无明显变化的前提下,每日清洗时间由使用前956 min,到使用后的360 min,使用后年总节省成本为原来的61.5%,清洗效果合格率由原来的98%达到99%。结论:新型换药碗固定架使用后缩短了清洗时间,提高了清洗合格率,节省清洗成本。Objective： To investigate the clinical value of new type dressing bowl holder. Methods： After reviewed the recorded information of automatic cleaning sterilizer from 2009 to 2010, the cleaning time, the consumption of cleaning fluid and water, as well as cleaning and disinfection effects were compared before and after usage of new type holder. Results： On the basis of the same amount of work, the cleaning time were reduced from 956 min to 360 rain, the total cost decreased to 61.5%, meanwhile the qualified rate improved from 98% to 99%. Conclusion： Application of new type dressing bowl holder could not only shorten the daily cleaning time and lower the cost, hut also improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection.
