摘　　要：针对频发的校车事故及国家制定的相关政策和标准,提出了一种基于3G网络的校车安全信息综合系统,利用车载信息采集模块和远程校车安全管理软件实现对校车安全信息的采集、传输和管理。系统可以采集地理位置、故障信息、车速和车载人数等校车安全信息,利用数据库和GIS电子地图实现校车管理、安全信息统计和校车行为监控,可以减少因车辆故障、超速、超载和不按规定路线行驶而导致的校车事故,对保证少年儿童乘车安全具有重要的意义。For the high frequency of school bus accidents, the governments have set up policies and standards to guarantee school bus safety. An integrated system of school bus safety information based on the 3G network was presented. Vehicle information acquisition module and remote school bus safety management software were used for the safety information collection, trans- mission and management. The system can acquire the location, fault information, speed, overloading, and other school bus safety information. Databases and GIS electronic map were employed to monitor school buses management, safety information and behavior of drivers. It can greatly reduce traffic accidents due to failure of vehicles, speeding, overloading and departure from normal road. This system is of great significance for ensuring the safety of child passengers.
