摘　　要：新生代农民工融入城市是我国社会转型期面临的一个现实问题,他们在城市权利诉求上较老一代农民工有了较深刻、更突出的变化。按照与时俱进的精神,深入分析新生代农民工维权意识的发展特点,探究制约他们维权意识提升的症结,并针对问题提出解决相关问题的对策和路径。The integration of new-generation rural migrant workers into the urban society is a social problem during China＇s social transition. Compared with their elders, they have a stronger will to protect their legal rights, showing that deep and tremendous changes have taken place in this respect. Analyzing the characteristics of their rights-protecting awareness, this paper figures out the factors that prevent the strengthening of their awareness and puts forward suggestions to tackle the problems therein.
