摘  要:为拓宽材料在微波频段下的吸波频带,制备了W型六角晶系铁氧体和BaTiO3粉体,通过XRD、SEM对产物的晶体结构和微观形貌进行分析;采用矢量网络分析仪测试了W型六角晶系铁氧体、BaTiO3及其复合物在2~14GHz的电磁参数,在2.8 mm下计算分析材料的吸波性能并对吸波原理进行分析。结果表明:W型六角晶系铁氧体在8~11 GHz频段内有较好的吸波性能(最小反射率为-48 dB);BaTiO3比例为25%的W型六角晶系铁氧体/BaTiO3复合物在保持较好的吸收性能(最小反射率为-31 dB)的同时,具有较宽的吸波频宽(小于-10 dB),为7GHz(7~14 GHz)。In order to expand the absorbing bandwidth of the materials in the microwave band, W type hexagonal ferrite and barium titanate particles were prepared. The structure and morphology of products were characterized by XRD and SEM. The electromagnetic parameters of W type hexagonal ferrite, barium titanate particles and their composite were tested by using a vector network analyzer in the band (2-14 GHz), then the absorbing properties were calculated with a thickness (2.8 mm). The results showed that W type hexagonal ferrite had good absorbing properties at 8 GHz to 11 GHz (minimum reflectivity was -48 dB); the 25% barium titanate ratio of composite kept better absorbing properties, having wider absorbing band(less than -10 dB), which was 7 GHz(7-14 GHz).
