摘  要:分析地区电网运行特点选择电压无功分层分区综合协调控制的方案,通过区域电压控制和变电站电压校正控制协调控制保证全网电压合格,将各分区关口功率因数维持在较高水平,实现区域无功合理分布。根据经济压差原理,比较Q*X的大小,确定并联电容器的投切次序。开发自动电压控制系统并投入各地调运行,现场运行情况表明该系统调节效果明显优于人工调节,并且减少了人员投入,有较大的经济意义。Analysis the characteristic of regional grid,choose the control scheme of reactive power hierarchical and regional balance.Through the regional voltage control and voltage calibration control coordination control guarantee the voltage qualified.Through make the area pass watt factor at high levels,realize the regional reactive reasonable distribution.Determine the plunge and cutting order of the shunt capacitors by comparing the size of Q*X based on the principle of economic voltage difference.Develop AVC system and this system has been put into operation in many areas grid,site operation shows that the system adjustment effect significantly better than artificial regulation,and can reduce the staff devotion,there is a lot of economic sense.
