摘　　要：以电话语音智能管理平台的开发为背景,分析了传统手动拨号查询电话卡余额的局限性,根据电话卡销售企业的实际需求,基于MFC框架完成电话语音智能管理平台的搭建,着重分析了Windows API中Rasdial函数在系统详细设计中的关键应用。实际应用表明：该系统达到了设计目标,并成功实施运行,提高了企业工作效率,对类似企业开发该类平台有一定的借鉴价值。Based on the development of the Intelligent Management Platform of Telephone Dial-up, the limitations of phone card balance inquiries by the way of traditional manual dial-up are analyzed. According to the actual need of the phone card sales companies, the Intelli- gent Management Platform of Telephone Dial-up is realized based on the MFC framework. The critical application of the Windows API Rasdial function is analyzed during the detailed design. The actual application shows the platform meets the requirements of enterprise and is carried out successfully. The companies can take this essay as a reference in regard to development the similar platform.
