摘　　要：科技发展是决定资源型地区资源、环境和经济发展水平的关键因素之一。在分析资源型地区的特点基础上,从资源-环境科技发展状况和资源-环境发展状况两个维度建立了资源型区域资源-环境科技支撑力的评价指标,并以黑龙江省为样本,运用因子分析法评价了黑龙江省的资源-环境科技支撑力的发展水平,为黑龙江省的经济发展提供参考依据。The development of science and technology is one of the key factors that determine the resources, environment and economic development level of resource based areas. Based on analyzing the characters of resources based area and from the conditions of resource-environment - science-technology and resource-environment, the article constructs the evaluating index system and takes the example of Heilongjiang province, factor analysis method is used in the paper to evaluate the development level of sustenance of Hei- longjiang province＇ s science and technology, which provide the reference for Heilongjiang province＇ s economic development.
