摘 要:为解决集团企业云制造中知识资源的共享和重用问题,在对集团企业云制造知识服务需求分析的基础上,提出集团企业云制造的知识服务应用模式,用户可以方便地调用集团内的各类知识服务,也可以从外面获取知识服务或者向外提供知识服务。在云制造环境下构建了知识服务系统体系架构。提出静态和动态两种知识服务方式,研究了两种知识服务的建模方法。通过多领域本体、分布式索引、知识服务需求感知建立了静态知识服务模型;通过知识梳理、动态知识封装、服务封装的方式建立了动态知识服务模型。通过一个应用示例,说明了两种知识服务的服务过程。To resolve problems of knowledge resources sharing and utilization in Cloud Manufacturing(CMfg), the application pattern of knowledge service for group enterprise CMfg were introduced based on requirements analysis of knowledge service. Users could easily get knowledge service from CMfg service platform and provide the knowl- edge service within or outside the group enterprise. The knowledge service system architecture was constructed in CMfg environment. Knowledge service methods and modeling methods of static and dynamic were put forward. Static knowledge service model was established through multi-domain ontology, distributed index and knowledge service demand. Dynamic knowledge service model was established by analyzing the business processes knowledge, and encapsulating the methods and software tools as services. The service processes of two kinds of knowledge serv- ices were demonstrated by an application example.
