浅谈管理信息系统在就业再就业管理中的作用——以《基于J2EE技术的企业信息管理平台》为例

摘　　要：以《基于J2EE技术的企业信息管理平台》为例,就管理信息系统在我区就业再就业管理工作应用中发挥的作用,进行了探讨。该系统平台经过试运行,反馈良好,达到了通过标准化信息采集、加强规范化管理、提高工作效率、节省人力物力的目的,在满足各级不同用户需求的同时,更好地保证了就业再就业管理工作的安全性、准确率,优化了整个业务流程,为实现城乡一体的就业再就业管理服务体系奠定了基础。Taking ＂the Information Management Platform for Enterprises based on J2EE Technology＂ as an example,this paper discusses the information management system on functions in the application to the reemployment management.This system platform has been tested with good result in operation which has been approved to have achieved the objectives of enhancement of standard management,improvement of working efficiency and economization of labor and material resources through standardized information collection.While satisfying users＇ demand at various levels,it helps guarantee the safety and accuracy for the reemployment management and optimize the management process,thus,providing the basis for unity service system for of urban and rural reemployment management.
