摘 要:目的探讨情景式宣教模式在超声内镜检查中应用的效果。方法选取2009年5月至2011年12月进行超声内镜检查的170例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规宣教模式组)和观察组(情景式宣教模式)各85例,后将2组患者的重复插镜率、并发症发生率、配合程度及宣教前后的POMS情绪量表测评结果、血压、心率进行对比。结果观察组的重复插镜率、并发症发生率显著低于对照组;插镜前的血压、心率水平均小于对照组,配合程度及POMS情绪量表评分均优于对照组。结论情景式宣教模式可显著改善超声内镜检查患者的不良情绪,对于提高其配合程度及缓解应激反应也有着积极的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of scene-style education mode in endoscopic ultra- sonography examination. Methods 170 patients undergoing endoscopic uhrasonography from May 2009 to December 2011 in our hospital were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into the control group(conventional education mode group)and the observation group (scene-style education mode) with 85 cases in each group. The repeated rate of insertion, rate of complication, compliance degree, the POMS scale score, blood pressure and heart rate for the two groups of patients were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the repeated rate of insertion, rate of complication were lower, blood pressure and heart rate were lower, and compliance degree and POMS mood scale score were better in the observation group, there were significant differences. Conclusions The scene-style education mode can improve negative emotions of patients undergoing endoscopic ultrasonography significantly, it also plays a positive role in in- creasing their compliance degree and easing stress response.
