摘　　要：高校的国际合作交流工作应积极发挥外事服务内事，服务教学科研，服务人才培养的作用。本文从开展国际交流项目、引进国外智力、选派教师出国研修、开展留学生教育方面，提出了拓展高校国际合作交流的工作方向，以更好的推动高校教育工作。The International cooperation and exchanges in colleges and universities should play an actively role in the college＇ s inner affair, teaching and research job, and personnel training. This article makes the working direction of the expanding of international cooperation and exchanges from carrying out the international exchange program, attracting foreign talents, sending teachers abroad for studies, developing international student education for the better education work in colleges and universities.
