摘 要:针对某锻造厂服役条件下的大型曲轴模具寿命偏低的状况,对该类型模具失效原因进行了分析,同时对失效的曲轴模具进行了堆焊修复试验。研究表明,机械疲劳裂纹和热磨损是曲轴模具失效的主要原因,热疲劳和塑性变形一般不是此类模具失效的主要因素,但二者会加剧模具型腔的磨损,加速模具失效进程。提高模具的高温(650℃)强度、高温(650℃)冲击韧性和热稳定性等抗力指标可提高模具寿命。根据对比试验,选择国产RMD535和RMD647两种型号药芯焊丝对失效的曲轴模具进行了复合堆焊修复,经生产验证修复后的模具寿命得到显著提高,修复效果良好。Aiming at low life expectancy of some large crankshaft dies,the reasons of their failure were analyzed,and surfacing repairing tests on large crankshaft dies were studied.The results show that the mechanical fatigue crack and thermal wear are the main reasons for the failure of crankshaft dies.In general,thermal fatigue and plastic deformation are not major factors of the failed die,but they will aggravate the wear of the cavity,and accelerate the failure process of die.The life of the die can be extended by improving some resistance indexes of the die material, such as high temperature(650℃) strength,high temperature(650℃) impact toughness,and thermal stability.By selecting the proper surfacing material and technology,the life of the large crankshaft die after being repaired can be significantly increased.
