摘　　要：曾国藩是一个在各方面集大成者,他传统文化功底深厚,军事心理学思想丰富,在人才管理方面提出了自己独到的见解,在其他方面也是颇有成就,在这众多的思想中必然蕴含着丰富的心理学思想。因而可以试从他的文学心理学思想、军事心理学思想、人才及管理心理学思想三个方面及其现实意义加以探讨,以使我们能够从曾国藩的心理学思想中汲取和借鉴有益的东西。Zeng guofan was a comprehensive synthesist with profound traditional culture who also had abundant military psychological thoughts. He put forward original ideas on talents and management, in the mean-while he had got lots of accomplishments in other respects. Among such many thoughts, a wealth of psychological thoughts must be contained. This paper tries to explore his thoughts of literary psychology, military psychology and talent and management psychology as well as their practical significance so that we can learn and draw on something useful from Zeng guofan＇ s thinking of psychology.
