经络美容法治疗黄褐斑及其对患者雌激素和孕激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察经络美容法与西药治疗黄褐斑的疗效差异,探讨经络美容法对雌激素(E2)和孕激素(PRGE)的影响。方法:将300例黄褐斑患者按就诊顺序随机分为经络美容组和西药组,每组150例。经络美容组采用经络调整、辨证体针针刺治疗(穴取气海、血海、足三里、三阴交、肝俞、脾俞、肾俞等)和黄褐斑皮损局部围刺的方法;西药组口服维生素C、维生素E。共治疗3个月,观察两组患者临床疗效。另外随机抽取经络美容组30例黄褐斑患者,检测治疗前后雌激素(E2)和孕激素(PRGE)水平。结果:经络美容组有效率为92.6%(126/136),优于西药组的67.0%(75/112)(P<0.05);30例黄褐斑患者治疗后E2水平下降(P<0.01),PRGE水平升高(P<0.05)。结论:经络美容法治疗黄褐斑疗效优于西药组,能够调整E2和PRGE的水平。Objective To observe the efficacy difference between meridian cosmetology and western medicine in the treatment of chloasma and explore the impacts of meridian cosmetology on E2 and PRGE. Methods Three hundreds cases of chloasma were randomized into a meridian cosmetology group and a western medication group ac cording to the visit sequence, 150 cases in each one. In the meridian cosmetology group, the meridian regulation. acupuncture based on pattern/syndrome differentiation [at the bodyacupoints such as Qihai （CV 6）, Xuehai （SP 10）, Zusanli （ST 36）, Sanyinjiao （SP 6）, Ganshu （BL 18）, Pishu （BI. 20） and Shenshu （BI. 23）, etc. ] and the local surrounding needling therapy on the chloasma skin lesion were adopted. In the western medication group, the oral administration of Vitamin C and E was prescribed for 3 months. The clinical efficacy was observed for the pa tients in the two groups. Additionally, 30 cases were collected from the meridian cosmetology group randomly for the detection of estrogen （Ez） and progestin （PRGE） before and after treatment. Results The effective rate in the meridian cosmetology group was 92.6% （126/136）, which was superior to 67.0% （75/112） in the western medi- cation group （P〈0.05）. For the patients collected from the meridian,cosmetology group, as compared with that before treatment, E,, level was decreased （P〈0.01） and PRGE level was increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The meridian cosmetology achieves the superior efficacy as compared with the western medication group for the chloas- ma and it can regulate the levels of E2 and PRGE.
